When you use any of All Day TA's services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your privacy. Data we collect

We collect information about users:

  1. When they give it to us, for the purpose of accessing and interacting with our services in a secure environment using their name and email.

  2. When they access our services without logging in, to track how many inquiries are made by a specific IP Address.

  3. Through tracking use on our public website, including through cookies, view our Cookies Policy for details.

  4. We do not use any customer data, including student questions and responses, to algorithmically train models. All external partners we use to train natural language are SOC 2 Type II certified and we only use APIs that guarantee no user data is used in training.

  • Who Has Access: Our analytics provider and our marketing and development teams

  • Why We Collect It: To send updates, newsletters, and promotional information (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

  • Who Has Access: Our marketing team and our customer relationship management platform

  • Who Has Access: Our payment processor (we do not store complete payment information on our servers)

We use your personally identifiable information, your name and email, to give you access to our services or contact you with important information about your account. If you choose to explicitly give us permission to share your identifiable information with others, such as your organization or institution, this information may become public in the form of a logo on our website or customer testimonial.

If you provide your contact information through our website to receive updates about All Day TA, you can unsubscribe at any time to discontinue receiving emails from us.

Keeping your information secure

We respect your privacy.

Security is important to us and we take multiple steps to protect user information. Our employees are subject to confidentiality agreements that include protection for user confidential information.

We will not sell user information to a third party, but if we change control user information may come with the company.

At any time, you can delete your content from our services and request that we delete your personally identifiable information from our services and systems. Please note, that deleting your personally identifiable information will remove your access to our services.  

Data Retention Policy

All Day TA Customer data is retained for as long as the account is in active status. Data enters an “expired” state when the account is voluntarily closed. Expired account data will be retained for 30 days after its last usage. After this period, the account and related data will be removed. Customers that wish to voluntarily close their account may request a copy of their data from support@alldayta.com prior to closing their account.

If a customer account is involuntarily suspended, then there is a 30-day grace period during which the account will be inaccessible but can be reopened if the customer meets their payment obligations and resolves any terms of service violations.

If a customer wishes to receive a copy of their data, then they should ensure that their account is brought back to good standing before requesting a copy from support@alldayta.com. After 30 days the suspended account will be closed and the data will enter the “expired” state. It will be permanently removed 30 days thereafter (except when required by law to retain).

International Data Transfers

All Day TA is based in Canada and uses cloud servers in the United States. If you are in the EU/EEA, we ensure any transfer of your personal data out of the EEA is protected by legal safeguards. For instance, our cloud provider (AWS) and analytics provider (Google) are each governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which legally protects your data​. Copies of these safeguards (e.g. the SCCs) can be made available on request, per GDPR requirements.
